Hope; From Me to You

1122 East Lieg Avenue

Every year approximately 114,000 men, women, and children in the United States await an organ transplant. Eighty-two percent of those patients are waiting for a kidney, while the other 13% are waitng for a liver. In Wisconsin alone, the waiting period for an organ transplant is 5-7 years, where most patients die before a transplant becomes available. Through living organ donation, more than 7,000 transplants were made possible in 2018. Through our program, we will help to educate people of the growing need for live organ donors. We go over the process to become a live organ donor, and help those that are interested in becoming donors get in touch with the right facilities. We will also be a part of their support system when they become donors. Any donations to support our mission may be sent to: 1122 East Lieg Avenue, Shawano, WI 54166
