Unity operates financially independent of partner owners—Bellin Health, HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center and HSHS St. Vincent Hospital. In addition, it is a member of National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and National Partnership of Hospice Innovation (NPHI). In order to expedite caregiver response time, Unity operates four offices in Wisconsin including De Pere, Marinette, Shawano and Sturgeon Bay. Volunteers are vital members of Unity's team serving as ambassadors of our organization. Whether its providing companionship to a person in the final months of life, assisting with special projects in our administrative office or helping with community outreach, the contributions of volunteers are essential to our mission. - A variety of weekday, evening, and weekend volunteer opportunities exist across 13 counties within Northeast Wisconsin.
